UROAN 21 S.L. is a Spanish company that was founded in 1993. After a five-year period of research and development, we patented two unique products conceived for the diagnosis and treatment of Erectile Dysfunction:

The Digital Inflexion Rigidometer (DIR-101C & DIR-H501) and the Cavernotome C&R.

UROAN 21 manufactures both units in Barcelona following international quality control procedures. Our products are CE marked for Europe and listed with the FDA (Food & Drug Administration) and have met US regulatory requirements since the year 2000. Both devices are protected by European and US patents since 1993.

After an initial period of distribution centred in our headquarters in Spain, UROAN 21 is currently consolidating an international distribution network that is expanding rapidly.

The Cavernotome C&R is currently distributed by American Medical Systems in Europe, North America, Australia and New Zealand. Other countries are served either by UROAN 21 or by appointed local distributors.
